Extracting Reusable Competency Definitions from O*NET

Content of the file onet_content_model_reference.txt (this is pre-populated with the content of this file, but you can paste in a different version):

 Include metadata
The following Item ID filters will be used to extract reusable competency definitions:
Item IDs in the 1.x range with at least 5 parts in the Item ID, except 1.B.x range
or Item IDs in the 2.X range with at least 4 parts in the Item ID, except 2.D.x range.

Namespace/catalog prefix for identifiers:
The preset value is for illustration purposes only. This is not an official O*NET approved namespace.
The XML sample uses a simplified schema amenable to using XSLT with an appropriate XSL to convert to RDCEO or other XML binding.
